Postpartum Doula 

A postpartum doula’s role is to guide and nurture new mothers and their families through the postpartum period or newborn phase. Doulas provide practical, emotional and informational support for families of all sizes and compositions. I provide the highest quality of newborn care, while also caring for you and your family. This commonly involves preparing nourishing meals for you and your family, providing lactation or feeding support, providing newborn care, helping with sibling transitions, supporting postpartum healing, connecting you to local resources and checking household chores off of your checklist. Each individual family has individual needs, and I will meet you where you are to make sure those needs are met.

Packages

One week: $350

Support for your baby’s first week of life, including three to four postpartum visits, averaging three to four hours each, and unlimited phone support.

Two weeks: $650

Six to eight in-person postpartum visits during your baby’s first two weeks, averaging three to four hours each, with unlimited phone support.

Three weeks: $950

Support for your baby’s first three weeks of life, including nine or ten postpartum visits and unlimited phone support.
